1. The Eye Drops Filling and Sealing Line features a slender structure, enabling all operations to be directly completed on one side using sterile gloves without compromising the clean environment, in compliance with the latest national GMP requirements.
2. Each functional area is equipped with a RABS system to ensure no cross-contamination.
3. PLC control and touchscreen operation are integrated throughout the machine, along with variable frequency speed control, fault alarm, protection functions, and automatic counting.
4. Ion wind dust removal and automatic collection and discharge of particulate dust ensure effective cleaning without cross-contamination. The composite flushing needle can be individually reversed for cleaning, maintaining cleanliness.
5. High-precision ceramic pump filling, controlled by a separate servo system, allows real-time adjustment of the filling volume for each filling head via the human-machine interface. High accuracy, stability, and long service life are guaranteed.
6. Advanced filling control technology ensures no impact, splashing, foaming, or dripping during filling.
7. Multi-point fiber optic monitoring ensures functions such as no bottle-no filling, no inner stopper-no capping, and no outer cap-no capping, with automatic rejection capability.
8. Mechanical arms handle stopper placement, cap placement, and capping, ensuring reliable operation and high pass rate.
9. Specified parts feature limited positioning design, eliminating the need for alignment adjustments after installation or specialized tools for replacement. All specified parts are uniformly numbered and laser engraved, facilitating maintenance, repair, and part replacement.
